Happy Christmas, yes its getting close

I wonder about the 14 inch rims from the Neue Klasse
they should go on OK and be the right offset. Would
look really subtle. 14" steel rim with the standard
chrome hub caps.

I guess would give a better tyre choice also.

My 2000 Touring is running twin 40's, banana bunch 2"
bore exhaust, tii dizzy, lowered suspension, turbo
front anti roll bar, engine brace, Tii legs brakes,
limited slip differential and was on a re profiled 292
cam until I naffed the bottom end.

Now engine replaced but without the cam. (saving up
for a proper schrick 292)

There is a huge difference in the get up and go
running the standard cam again.

After Christmas the Schrick will go in and I will have
the "urge back"
and with the "new" engine hope to get about 150bhp at
the rear wheels on the rolling road which will give it
enough bite for me blasting along country roads
scaring the wildlife.

Roll on 2008, Good luck to all those rebuilding cars I
hope to see all your cars next year at some 02
gathering. Looking forward to seeing a few "project"
02's finished in 2008.
