Hello , I bought a 02 some five years ago and never registered it SORN or used it on the road. If I were to re-commision the car and mot it and tax it would the dvla want all the back tax for that period it has been in storage, or could I argue the fact that it hasn't been mot'd or spotted on the road anyway , is proof I haven't used the car.
