I do feel there is a quantifible increase in power with the induction set up I have. Some day I may get it dyno tested with the BMW Club and see if I am right.
The improved sound is sweet. Particulary when I pull away in 2nd gear under heavy acceleration which is most of the time. It usually turns a few heads on the street. The sound I'd very throaty - much like a larger displacement engine. However I do have a thrush centre silencer that contributes to the nice sound through the stock muffler.
