Agree with your comments on the Ansa, Sound a too raunchy and they have a short shelf life. Not sure on the performance increase as I said but a better breathing engine will always run better - particularly in hot climates. BMW and any manufactures always have to balance performance, cost and emission standards when finalizing a design. If the engineers had their way and could do anything they like without these considerations we would have some wild cars on the road.
