Any reccommendations of maintenance books?
Is there a standard textbook for '02 maintenance?

I got a BMW factory workshop manual with my car and it has been excellent. Although having just looked at the price of one they might not be THAT good.
I got the BMW factory manual from an American site of e-bay in CD ROM form. It did'nt cost that much.
The manuals usually sell from £50 to £70, so it's about right.
If you go onto bmw2002faq.com web site under recent discussions there is a link to a free down load which is split into two section due to size. so if you have a good broad band connection this would be the cheapest option.

That's the right post but the guy who started the discussion has removed the link since this morning. Must have got spooked re: the lawyer speak
