Pics of the Rally car

The car is finally nearly finished.

Have a look. By the way the wheels on the back are for sale. Any one interested?

car looks GREAT! Mark congratulations! Let us all know what events you will be entering. Would be great to see you in action. Do you have a sump guard? My Fjord blue Tii is going well after its slumber in the back garden for three years. Ive managed to clock up just over 500 miles in a week and a half. Plan is to service it this week and cure an annoying knock somewhere on the back end thats been driving me mad. All the best, Paul Hill

Paul,

I do have a sump guard, its from a MK1 Escort that I modified to fit. I'm doing the Harry Flatters Rally which is a round of the British Historic Stage Rally Championship on 4/5th Aug on Sennybridge Military Ranges by Brecon.

I had a knocking from ther rear and it turned out to be a loose wheel weight.....

John,

They are 6inches wide by 13 diameter and they will fit under standard arches, I have 10mm spacers on the back of mine to fill the arch a bit more.

The make is Mistral or Carmonia. Here is another pic, I have four by the way.

Regards

Mark
